Due to the air mesh structure of the cushion, it cannot be vacuum-compressed for long periods. Prolonged compression (30-40 days) may damage the fabric’s fibers and reduce its elasticity, impacting the product’s performance.

The main purpose of the FBF-1 quilted washable cushion is
to provide comfort during the hot and humid spring and summer seasons,
when people sweat easily, and traditional cushions made of sponge or latex are not breathable, causing poor sleep.
Our mesh cushion is made of 100% air mesh,
with a total of four layers, reaching a thickness of 35mm.
It offers excellent rebound, evenly distributing body pressure,
and its hollow structure with countless pores allows heat and moisture to escape quickly, ensuring a comfortable sleep.
The four layers of mesh fabric are quilted, using no glue.
The cushion has been pre-shrunk, so there’s no need to worry about deformation or shrinking.
We added elastic bands at the four corners to secure it onto existing mattresses,
preventing it from sliding.
Additionally, we designed a double-sided washable cover for this cushion:
Side A is made of crepe cotton, which is soft, fluffy, and breathable;
Side B is waffle fabric, which is smooth to the touch. The entire cushion is washable and dries very quickly.
This product is ideal for placing directly on top of existing mattresses to enhance comfort and breathability.
It can also be used on the floor without feeling hard. Small-sized cushions are perfect for kindergarten nap rooms or as a thin crib mattress.
It’s also great for outdoor camping, as it’s lightweight and can be rolled up – we even designed a durable non-woven fabric bag for it.
The current size is 130*55*3.5 cm, which is for children,
but we can produce any size and quilting pattern as per your requirements.
If you need anti-bacterial and anti-mite treatments,
we can customize that for you as well. Rest assured, we use standards fit for baby products, with no chemical additives.
Since the cushion is made of air mesh, it maintains long-lasting elasticity, but unlike sponge, it cannot be vacuum-compressed. Prolonged compression for 30-40 days would damage the fabric’s ability to recover.
