Unfortunately, this mattress cannot be compressed like sponge mattresses because the elasticity of each fiber and their interwoven structure maintain rebound. However, we can create a foldable design if you have specific packaging size requirements.
Here is our original thinking:
Regular sponge, slow rebound, and coir mattresses typically have poor breathability.
Even if the cover can be washed, the core cannot.
Our children’s mattress features a removable and washable cover,
and the core can be rinsed directly.
The core is made of Crystal Air Core from high-purity POE materials,
offering antibacterial and mite-resistant properties.
Its unique structure provides lasting rebound and prevents collapsing.
We can customize different densities, usually between 50D and 80D,
ranging from very soft to very firm.
The Air Core is encased in a removable mesh cover that elegantly wraps the core.
The mattress cover has a reversible design with a cooling side and a warm side.
Side A features EverCool fabric for a smooth, slightly cool touch,
while Side B uses crepe cotton, which is soft and warm.
The quilted layer is filled with Dacron™ air-thru polyfill,
offering excellent moisture-wicking breathability.
This quilted layer is secured with a 360° removable zipper,
allowing consumers to easily choose between Side A and Side B.
This design means that when cleaning the mattress cover, only one side needs to be washed, not the entire cover.
The underside and sides of the mattress use thick spacer mesh for excellent breathability,
which can also be made from any material upon request.
Both the cover and core cover are easy to remove.
For larger mattresses,
we use three-sided U-shaped zippers to ensure easy removal by one person.
Packaging options include PE bags with kraft paper bags or kraft paper boxes.
