Here is our original thinking:
Regular sponge, slow rebound, and coir mattresses generally have poor breathability,
and while the cover can be washed, the core cannot.
Our children’s mattress features a removable, washable cover, and the core can be rinsed directly.
The core is made of Crystal Air Core from high-purity POE materials,
offering antibacterial and mite-resistant properties.
Its unique structure provides lasting rebound and prevents collapsing.
We can customize different densities,
typically between 50D and 80D, ranging from very soft to very firm.
The Air Core is encased in a removable mesh cover that elegantly wraps the core.
The cover features a dual-sided design:
Side A uses EverCool fabric, Dacron™ air-thru polyfill, and AC1 mesh quilting for a smooth,
slightly cool feel, with Dacron™ fibers providing excellent moisture-wicking breathability.
Side B and the sides use thick spacer mesh for high breathability,
and Side B can also be made from warmer materials if requested.
Both the cover and core cover utilize L-shaped zippers for easy removal.
For larger mattresses, we use three-sided U-shaped zippers for effortless removal by one person.
Packaging options include PE bags with kraft paper bags or kraft paper boxes.
