Unfortunately, this mattress cannot be compressed like sponge mattresses because the elasticity of each fiber and their interwoven structure maintain rebound. However, we can create a foldable design if you have specific packaging size requirements.
Here is our original thinking:
Regular sponge, slow rebound, and coir mattresses typically have poor breathability.
Even if the cover can be washed, the core cannot.
Our children’s mattress features a removable and washable cover,
and the core can be rinsed directly.
The core is made of Crystal Air Core from high-purity POE materials,
offering antibacterial and mite-resistant properties.
Its unique structure provides lasting rebound and prevents collapsing.
We can customize different densities, usually between 50D and 80D, ranging from very soft to very firm.
The Air Core is encased in a removable mesh cover that elegantly wraps the core.
The cover has a dual-sided design:
Side A is made of mes-G lyocell ticking fabric, Dacron™ air-thru polyfill, and AC1 mesh quilting, providing a smooth touch and excellent moisture-wicking properties for a comfortable sleep environment.
Side B and the sides utilize thick spacer mesh for breathability, and Side B can also be made with other material options upon request.
Both the cover and core cover use L-shaped zippers for effortless removal.
For larger mattresses,
we employ three-sided U-shaped zippers to ensure easy handling by one person.
Packaging options include PE bags with kraft paper bags or kraft paper boxes.
Due to the elasticity of each fiber in our core,
which ensures rebound, this mattress cannot be compressed like sponge mattresses.
However, we can create a foldable design if you have specific packaging size requirements.
