Turning a Sketch Into a Premium Pillow Collection
At the 2015 Canton Fair, we met a Japanese customer mainly selling pet products who wanted to expand into children’s home products. The customer only brought a simple hand-drawn sketch featuring cylindrical pillows, crescent pillows, and cloud-shaped pillows with cherry embroidery and quilting details.

Quickly Turning Sketches Into Real Samples
Based on the proportions and structure shown in the sketch, we immediately arranged embroidery pattern making and quilting plate development on the same day. At the same time, we sourced light beige 60s washed cotton fabric and non-glue cotton materials matching the customer’s expected style.

Completing Three Samples Within Two Days
By the evening of the second day, all three pillow samples had already been completed. The customer was surprised by both the sample development speed and the finished product quality, especially the embroidery details and overall product appearance.

Supporting Factory Visit & Quality Confirmation
Three days later, the customer specially visited our factory to further confirm production quality and discuss bulk order details. During communication, we also optimized material selection, sewing details, and production solutions according to the customer’s market positioning.

Solving Custom Fabric & Shipping Challenges
For the first bulk order, the customer requested a customized beige fabric color, but the order quantity was still relatively small. We therefore arranged a partial fabric deposit solution. To reduce shipping and warehouse costs for the large pillows, we also introduced vacuum compression packaging.
