The customer needed a child-safe radiator cover suitable for long-term indoor use. The product had to create a protective buffer against hot surfaces while still allowing heat circulation. In addition, the structure needed stable thickness, soft touch performance, and reliable durability for daily family environments.

Mefiss Textile, our own spacer mesh fabric factory, developed a customized 4mm spacer mesh fabric with double-sided through-hole airflow channels. This structure allowed air and heat to circulate freely through the material, helping maintain heating efficiency while lowering direct surface heat concentration.

To reduce the hot-touch feeling during accidental contact, the internal spacer yarn structure provided stable thickness and elastic cushioning support. The polyester construction also improved dimensional stability and heat resistance, helping the cover maintain consistent performance during long-term heating exposure.

Reinforcing for Real Household Usage

To improve installation convenience and durability, we reinforced the product edges with 80gsm non-woven fabric and Oxford fabric. Elastic fixing straps were added on both horizontal and vertical directions, allowing consumers to secure the cover onto different radiator structures more easily.
