At the 2016 East China Fair, our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, presented a complete range of spacer mesh fabrics and 3D mesh fabrics for home textile applications. The collection covered materials for mattresses, pillows, seat cushions, cooling pads, and other breathable comfort products.

Around half of the visitors came from Japan and South Korea, where consumers highly value breathability, resilience, and cooling performance. We showcased solution-oriented materials that helped brands develop products with better airflow, comfort, and long-term durability.

Color-Woven 3D Mesh Fabric Solutions

One of the highlights was our color-woven 3D mesh fabric collection, produced by Mefiss Textile in thicknesses ranging from 7mm to 20mm. These materials could be supplied as fabric rolls or further converted into finished cooling mats, helping customers shorten product development cycles.

Innovative Tencel™ Spacer Mesh Fabric

We also introduced BD2T-7F, a spacer mesh fabric developed by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile. Featuring a LENZING™ Tencel™ surface, it offered an exceptionally soft and silky touch while maintaining excellent breathability, making it ideal for pillows, mattress protectors, and bedding products.

Strong Customer Interest and New Partnerships

Our silicone anti-slip 3D mesh seat cushion attracted immediate attention, with several customers placing orders directly at the exhibition. The event also marked the beginning of cooperation with Japan’s Selecture™ and Tosholink™, as well as South Korea’s Lavikit™, establishing valuable long-term business relationships in the Asian market.
