At ISPA Expo 2018, our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, showcased a variety of value-added spacer mesh fabric solutions. Besides fabric rolls, we displayed spacer mesh fabric strips that could be directly used as mattress borders, helping manufacturers simplify production and improve airflow.

We introduced spacer mesh fabrics laminated with breathable TPU membranes and cooling printed fabrics. These materials combined waterproof protection, breathability, and comfort, making them suitable for baby changing pads, mattress protectors, hospital nursing pads, and other hygiene products.

Our quilted spacer mesh fabric rolls achieved an overall breathable thickness of up to 9mm. Customers could directly convert these materials into baby cooling mats, seat pads, mattress toppers, and other breathable home textile products with minimal additional processing.

Another popular product was our breathable crib bumper made from spacer mesh fabric manufactured by Mefiss Textile. Compared with traditional padded bumpers, it provided impact protection while maintaining airflow, helping reduce suffocation concerns in baby sleep environments.

The exhibition created valuable opportunities to connect with leading bedding brands and textile suppliers. During the event, we established relationships with BekaertDeslee™ and UAE-based DutchKid™, and later became a stable supplier of spacer mesh fabrics for their product development projects.
