Age-Specific Children's Pillow Collection

At CBME 2023, we presented one of our most comprehensive children’s pillow collections. Designed for children from one to fourteen years old, each pillow featured age-appropriate height, firmness, and ergonomic support based on different stages of physical development.

Multiple Core Material Options

The collection included pillows made with TPE tube, snow ball fiber, silicone foam granules, and memory foam cores. Various cover fabrics, including ticking fabric, cooling fabric, modal-cotton blends, and spacer mesh fabrics from Mefiss Textile, allowed brands to target different consumer segments.

Innovative Newborn Comfort Cushion

One of the most exciting products at our booth was a newly developed multifunctional newborn comfort cushion. The design combined a head-shaping pillow, a 20mm support cushion, a swaddle system, and a lightweight blanket into a single solution.

Supporting Better Sleep for Newborns

Designed for babies from 0 to 3 months old, the product helped reduce the startle reflex while providing stable support and comfort. The integrated structure also made it easier for parents to lift or place babies without disturbing their sleep.

Proven Market Success

This innovative comfort cushion received excellent market feedback through our customer Evoceler™. Its successful retail performance demonstrated strong consumer demand for multifunctional newborn sleep products that combine comfort, safety, and convenience.
