What Makes It Special

Soft Printed Cotton Gauze Surface

The sleeping surface uses double-layer 100% cotton crepe gauze with a naturally soft, fluffy touch. Its breathable and moisture-absorbing structure feels gentle against baby skin while efficiently absorbing perspiration during warmer conditions.

12mm Honeycomb 3D Mesh Support

The main support layer uses 12mm 3D mesh with through-hole hexagonal honeycomb openings. Numerous resilient connecting yarns inside create a soft, springy feel while maintaining excellent airflow, moisture transfer, and comfortable support.

Glue-Free Breathable Mesh Structure

The thick 3D mesh is integrally warp-knitted without glue, creating continuous hollow airflow channels that reduce trapped heat and moisture. Its micro-spring structure provides lasting rebound while remaining easy to wash and quick to dry.

Flexible Crib and Floor Use

At approximately 13mm total thickness, the mat provides cushioning without the bulk of a conventional mattress. It can be placed inside a baby crib or directly on the floor, while thickness, firmness, and dimensions can be customized for different product concepts.

How stable is the 3D mesh after repeated washing? +

The 12mm 3D mesh has a one-piece warp-knitted structure with stable dimensions and washing shrinkage. Compared with many conventional knitted structures, it maintains its shape and resilient micro-spring support well while drying quickly after washing.

Is the 3D mesh produced by Mefiss? +

Yes. The T2S-6L 3D mesh is produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, using German Karl Mayer warp-knitting equipment. Its glue-free structure combines large honeycomb airflow channels with resilient internal yarns and is designed to be breathable, durable, quick-drying, and less favorable to bacteria and mite buildup.

Can this cooling mat be customized for different markets? +

Yes. Mefiss can adjust the mat’s thickness, firmness, dimensions, printed cotton surface, labels, and packaging according to OEM and ODM requirements. This allows brands to develop different specifications for cribs, floor mats, and other baby cushioning collections.

Can you arrange custom testing for our project? +

Absolutely. If your market requires certifications or testing that we have not previously completed, we can work with accredited laboratories such as SGS, TUV, Intertek and other testing organizations to conduct project-specific evaluations.

Have your mattress products been tested? +

Yes. Our children’s mattresses and baby mattresses have passed comprehensive testing covering durability, structural safety, chemical safety, shrinkage, zipper strength, firmness, TVOC emissions and many other performance requirements.

Can you help us scale from small orders to larger production volumes? +

Yes. Many of our long-term customers started with relatively small orders before expanding into larger product programs.
