Why is the quilted sleeping surface only on one side? +
The quilted surface combines Lyocell fabric and Dacron™ Air-Thru filling to provide a softer sleeping experience, while the breathable spacer mesh underside offers additional ventilation and can also be used as a sleeping surface.
Why can't the mattress be vacuum compressed? +
The POE Air Fiber core is made from resilient interwoven fibers that maintain long-term rebound. Compressing the core would affect its performance, so foldable construction is recommended when smaller packaging is required.
Why does the mattress use spacer mesh on both the sides and bottom? +
The surrounding spacer mesh improves airflow throughout the mattress instead of only on the sleeping surface. It also increases structural stability while allowing moisture to dissipate more efficiently.
How do you ensure consistent product quality? +
Quality control begins long before production starts. All incoming materials are inspected before use, and each product has a detailed production specification covering materials, dimensions, construction methods and packaging requirements. During production, quality inspectors conduct routine checks, and every finished product undergoes two independent inspections before packaging.
