Double-Layer 3D Mesh Cushioning

Two 12mm 3D mesh layers create the main 26mm-thick pad, providing substantial yet springy cushioning. Numerous resilient connecting yarns inside act like micro-springs, helping the topper maintain lasting rebound and comfortable support during repeated use.

Extra-Large Honeycomb Airflow Channels

Both surfaces of the mesh feature large through-hole hexagonal honeycomb openings. Combined with the hollow three-dimensional interior, these open channels quickly release body heat and moisture, helping reduce stuffiness while allowing the entire pad to dry rapidly after washing.

Soft DTY Skin-Friendly Surface

Unlike coarse structural mesh, this 3D mesh uses DTY yarn on the surface for a softer, more skin-friendly touch. The integrated glue-free construction also offers stable dimensions and washing shrinkage while remaining durable for repeated mattress-topper or floor-mat use.

Optional Reversible Seasonal Cover

A removable cover can be added with two different surfaces: fluffy double-layer 100% cotton crepe for soft, breathable moisture absorption, and EverCool Nylon with a Q-max value of 0.3 for a smooth, permanent cool-touch feel that resists pilling and dries quickly.

Is the 3D mesh produced by Mefiss? +

Yes. The T2S-6L 3D mesh is produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, using German Karl Mayer warp-knitting equipment. Its 12mm one-piece, glue-free structure combines large honeycomb openings with resilient internal yarns for airflow, moisture transfer, quick drying, dimensional stability, and durable rebound.

What makes the optional cover suitable for different seasons? +

The cotton crepe side provides a soft, fluffy surface with good moisture absorption and breathability for everyday comfort. The 100% nylon EverCool side offers permanent cooling performance with a Q-max value of 0.3, a smooth non-sticky touch, efficient moisture transfer, quick drying, and good durability.

What happens if a quality issue is discovered during production? +

If any issue is identified, production is paused and corrective actions are implemented immediately. The root cause is documented, process improvements are introduced and production only resumes after verification. We continuously update our production documentation to prevent similar issues from recurring.
