Soft Quilted Comfort Side

The autumn/winter side combines silky 30% Lyocell ticking, a breathable 5mm silicone foam sheet, and stretch knitted backing. The quilted construction provides softer cushioning while maintaining moisture transfer, resilience, and airflow around the newborn.

Firmer 3D Mesh Summer Side

Flip the mattress for a firmer and more ventilated sleeping surface. The 7mm 3D mesh uses an integrated glue-free structure with open airflow channels and micro-spring resilience, providing efficient heat release, quick drying, and stable support for spring and summer.

Fully Washable from Cover to Core

Every major layer is designed around easy cleaning. The mattress cover is washable, while the transparent 4cm POE air fiber core contains no glue and can be directly rinsed and dried, making internal cleanliness easy to inspect.

Breathable 50D POE Support Core

The food-contact-grade 50D POE air fiber provides even, lasting support through a large open structure that continuously releases heat and moisture. Compared with conventional memory foam or latex, it offers greater airflow and is less likely to support bacteria and mite buildup.

What hygiene testing is available for the mattress materials? +

The POE air fiber has passed food-contact-grade, RoHS, REACH SVHC, anti-mite, and durability testing. The high-silicone-content foam sheet also demonstrated excellent antibacterial and anti-mite performance in professional random testing and has a stable structure suitable for high-temperature boiling.

Why are different materials used on the two mattress sides? +

The two surfaces create noticeably different comfort levels. The quilted Lyocell and silicone foam side provides softer cushioning for autumn and winter, while the thicker 3D mesh side provides firmer support and substantially greater ventilation for spring and summer, giving one bedside crib mattress two seasonal options.

Can this bedside crib mattress be customized for different brands? +

Yes. The POE core can be customized in size and firmness, including different firmness on each side, with custom sizes starting from 200 pieces. Regional flammability solutions such as CA117 and TB117, waterproof-breathable covers, and private-label packaging can also be developed. The 3D mesh, side spacer mesh, and semi-transparent core-cover mesh are produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, supporting integrated material and finished-mattress development.

What is your typical production lead time? +

For most orders below 5,000 units, production can usually be completed within 20 days. Orders below 10,000 units are typically completed within 30 days. Actual lead times may vary depending on product complexity, material availability and testing requirements.
