Dual-Sided Seasonal Sleeping Surfaces

The autumn/winter side uses substantial 600gsm Lyocell jacquard ticking with a silky touch, moisture management, and embossed texture. For spring and summer, the reverse combines two spacer mesh layers totaling about 10mm for significantly greater airflow and resilient cushioning.

Medium-Firm Full-Body Support

An 8.5cm, 60D POE air fiber core provides even, lasting support with medium firmness to help distribute body pressure comfortably. Its open three-dimensional structure maintains airflow throughout the mattress instead of trapping heat inside a solid foam core.

Rinse-Clean Glue-Free POE Core

The food-contact-grade POE core is formed in water without glue and can be directly rinsed and dried. Its transparent, crystal-like structure makes cleanliness easy to inspect, while the large open channels release heat and moisture quickly and help reduce conditions favorable to bacteria and mites.

Breathability from Surface to Core

The summer side combines soft 4mm mesh with 5.8mm through-hole honeycomb mesh, while breathable 4mm mesh surrounds the mattress sides. Even the POE core is wrapped in a lightweight, semi-transparent 2mm mesh cover to preserve ventilation without sacrificing a refined finish.

What testing is available for the POE air fiber core? +

The POE air fiber has passed food-contact-grade, RoHS, REACH SVHC, anti-mite, and durability testing. The material can also be customized in different firmness levels, including dual-sided cores with different firmness on each side, for different adult mattress positioning.

Can this mattress be customized for different regional markets? +

Yes. Mefiss can develop mattresses according to specified regional flammability requirements, including CA117 and TB117 options stated in the product specification. Waterproof yet breathable mattress covers can also be developed, while customized POE core sizes start from 200 pieces per size.

Are the breathable mesh materials produced by Mefiss? +

Yes. The spring/summer surface, honeycomb cushioning layer, mattress side mesh, and semi-transparent core cover use different spacer mesh structures produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile. These glue-free warp-knitted meshes provide airflow, moisture transfer, quick drying, dimensional stability, and durable resilience.

What is POE Air Fiber? +

POE Air Fiber is a three-dimensional elastic polymer structure designed to replace traditional foam and fiber fillings. It provides excellent airflow, pressure distribution and washability. We have used POE Air Fiber in children’s mattresses, adult pillows, seat cushions and pet bedding products, particularly for customers seeking breathable and easy-to-clean solutions.

Yes. We understand that many brands need to validate products before placing larger orders. For example, we supported a Japanese startup customer developing POE air fiber children’s mattresses, play mats and pillows, where the first order quantity was only around 150 units per SKU. What if our order quantity does not meet your MOQ? +

We often help customers lower MOQ requirements by utilizing stocked fabrics, standard accessories or existing material specifications.
