What Makes It Special

Foldable Design for Easy Storage

Available in common 60×90cm and 70×120cm sizes, the mattress folds in half along its length for compact storage. The smaller folded package also helps reduce parcel volume and international shipping costs for B2B and e-commerce projects.

Dual-Firmness Washable POE Core

The transparent POE 4D air fiber core provides different firmness levels on its two sides, giving one mattress two support options. Formed in water without glue or formaldehyde, its highly open structure provides excellent ventilation, even support, direct rinse cleaning, and fast drying.

Quilted Washed Cotton Comfort

The front combines fine 40S washed 100% cotton with a thick 7D polyester polyfill layer for a soft, full feel and lasting resilience. A brushed woven backing adds cotton-like comfort, dimensional stability, strength, and quick-drying performance to the quilted structure.

Breathable Spacer Mesh Reverse

The reverse and sides use soft 4mm spacer mesh woven with high-filament cotton-like yarn. Its glue-free 3D hollow structure promotes airflow and moisture transfer, while micro-spring yarns provide lasting rebound, washing stability, quick drying, and a comfortable skin-friendly touch.

What testing is available for the POE mattress core? +

The POE air fiber is formed without glue and has passed SGS RoHS testing stated in the product description, as well as food-contact-grade, REACH SVHC, anti-mite, and durability testing in the material specification. Its transparent structure also makes internal cleanliness easy to inspect.

How durable is the antibacterial treatment after washing? +

The complete mattress cover receives microwave antibacterial and anti-mite treatment without added chemical agents. According to the product specification, the treated cover can still pass antibacterial testing after 150 washes, supporting long-term hygiene performance for baby mattress applications.

Can the mattress materials and specifications be customized? +

Yes. The crystal noodle POE core can be customized by size, with a minimum of 200 pieces per custom size. The 4mm spacer mesh used on the reverse and sides is produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, using Karl Mayer warp-knitting equipment. Different mattress dimensions, fabrics, colors, labels, and packaging can also be developed for private-label projects.

Can you design custom packaging and branding materials? +

Yes. We can support the development of retail-ready packaging, including kraft boxes, color boxes, vacuum packaging, wash bags, non-woven bags, hang tags, instruction manuals, logo labels and branded accessories. Our goal is to ensure that packaging supports both your brand image and transportation efficiency.
