What Makes It Special

Fully Washable Mattress System

Both the removable cover and POE Air Fiber core can be cleaned separately. The washable core dries quickly after rinsing, making daily maintenance much easier than conventional foam mattresses.

Reversible Comfort Cover

The detachable quilted panel combines EverCool cooling nylon on one side and soft cotton crepe on the other, allowing users to switch between cool and warm sleeping surfaces throughout the year.

Customizable Air Fiber Core

The POE Air Fiber core offers customizable densities from 50D to 80D, optional dual-firmness construction, and dual-color options to meet different sleeping preferences and market requirements.

Mefiss Breathable Construction

The mattress uses Mefiss Textile spacer mesh on the sides, bottom, and core cover. Produced on German Karl Mayer machines, it provides excellent airflow, durable support, and customizable mesh thicknesses.

The mattress uses a one-piece POE Air Fiber core with an open three-dimensional structure that allows water to flow through easily. It dries quickly without trapping moisture inside the core.

Why is only the quilted top panel removable? +

The 360° zipper allows the reversible quilted panel to be removed independently, so users only wash the sleeping surface instead of the entire mattress cover, reducing drying time and daily maintenance.

Why can't this mattress be vacuum compressed? +

The POE Air Fiber core relies on resilient interwoven fibers to maintain long-term support. Vacuum compression would affect its structure, so foldable designs are recommended when smaller packaging is required.

What makes Mefiss different is that we operate our own spacer mesh manufacturing facility, Mefiss Textile, equipped with more than 90 warp knitting machines capable of producing 1–20mm thick mesh fabrics in a wide range of weights, structures and surface patterns. This allows us to customize thickness, airflow performance, texture, color and functional finishes based on specific product requirements.
