Fully Washable Mattress System

Unlike conventional latex or foam mattresses that cannot be thoroughly washed, both the cover and POE core can be cleaned. The transparent, glue-free core can be directly rinsed and dried, making internal cleanliness easy to see and helping maintain better mattress hygiene.

Quilted Comfort for Cooler Seasons

The autumn/winter side combines silky Lyocell ticking, silicone-free Dacron™ air-thru polyfill, and 4mm spacer mesh. This layered quilted construction provides soft, fluffy comfort while efficiently transferring body moisture and maintaining airflow beneath the sleeping surface.

Breathable Mesh for Warmer Seasons

The sides and reverse use highly breathable spacer mesh with numerous open holes, making the reverse especially suitable for spring and summer. The 3D warp-knitted structure is glue-free, quick-drying, dimensionally stable after washing, and resilient for repeated use.

Supportive 60D POE Air Fiber Core

The 5cm, 60D POE air fiber core provides even, durable support for a teenager’s growing body. Its large open structure allows significantly more airflow than conventional memory foam or latex, helping release heat and moisture instead of trapping them inside the mattress.

What testing is available for the POE air fiber? +

The POE air fiber has passed food-contact-grade, RoHS, REACH SVHC, anti-mite, and durability testing. It is formed in water without glue, dries quickly after rinsing, and can be customized in different firmness levels or with different firmness on each side.

What is special about the quilted Dacron™ layer? +

The original Dacron™ air-thru polyfill uses silicone-free 6.5D/64mm fibers with four internal airflow channels. These channels quickly absorb and transfer moisture, while low-allergen technology and three-dimensional crimping help the filling remain soft and fluffy after repeated washing.

Can this teen mattress be customized for different markets? +

Yes. Customized POE core sizes start from 200 pieces per size, with firmness also adjustable. The mattress can be developed for specified regional flammability requirements such as CA117 or TB117, and waterproof-breathable cover solutions are also available. The 4mm spacer mesh layers and semi-transparent core-cover mesh are produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, with custom widths and colors available for selected structures.

What is POE Air Fiber? +

POE Air Fiber is a three-dimensional elastic polymer structure designed to replace traditional foam and fiber fillings. It provides excellent airflow, pressure distribution and washability. We have used POE Air Fiber in children’s mattresses, adult pillows, seat cushions and pet bedding products, particularly for customers seeking breathable and easy-to-clean solutions.

Do you offer antibacterial and anti-mite solutions? +

Yes. We operate advanced microwave antibacterial and anti-mite treatment equipment that does not require chemical additives. The treatment can be applied to various materials including polyester, cotton, lyocell and fillings. Testing has shown that many treated materials maintain strong antibacterial performance even after extensive washing cycles.
