What material certifications and test reports are available? +

The pillow can incorporate materials tested for antibacterial performance, anti-mite performance, durability, and washability. Optional certified materials such as OEKO-TEX®, REACH, and other product-specific reports are available according to customer requirements.

Can you arrange custom testing for our project? +

Absolutely. If your market requires certifications or testing that we have not previously completed, we can work with accredited laboratories such as SGS, TUV, Intertek and other testing organizations to conduct project-specific evaluations.

Can you arrange third-party inspections? +

Yes. We welcome third-party inspections arranged by customers. Many customers also request production photos and videos throughout manufacturing. Whether you work with SGS, Intertek, TUV or your own inspection agency, we are happy to cooperate to ensure transparency and confidence.
