Age-Adjustable Silicone Core Heights

Three silicone core thicknesses support different growth stages: 1.5cm for ages 1–2, 3.5cm for ages 3–5, and 5.5cm for ages 6–8. The layers can also be combined to create additional pillow heights according to age and individual needs.

Multi-Layer Breathable Summer Surface

The front uses a spliced construction combining long-lasting antibacterial Mes-tio Shield™ mesh with comfortable knitted fabric. A 4mm spacer mesh layer underneath creates additional 3D airflow channels, improving ventilation, moisture transfer, quick drying, and resilient comfort.

PCM Temperature-Regulating Reverse Side

For cooler seasons, the reverse uses soft 50S knitted PCM fabric containing cotton and temperature-regulating viscose. Its palm-oil-based phase-change yarn responds to ambient temperature, providing a more balanced sleeping surface for autumn and winter use.

Large Washable Silicone Pillow Core

The large 58×35cm cashew shape gives children more room to move without easily leaving the pillow. Unlike traditional memory foam or latex, the silicone core has over 90% open-cell structure for superior ventilation and can be washed directly.

Mes-tio Shield™ combines Lenzing™ Modal, Lenzing™ Lyocell, and Sateri™ EcoCosy™ antibacterial viscose. It maintains over 96% antibacterial performance after 300 washes under GB/T 20944.3-2008, while also offering excellent moisture transfer, softness, and a 100% biodegradable fiber composition.

Can the pillow materials and core be customized? +

Yes. The silicone core supports custom shapes from 500 pieces. Mes-tio Shield™ is stocked in seven colors, while the 4mm glue-free spacer mesh, produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, can be customized in specific colors and widths for private-label development.
