Why can the 12mm insert be placed inside the 24mm insert? +

The two inserts are engineered to nest together securely, forming a stable 36mm support layer for older children without shifting during sleep.

Why are different fillings used in the two neck support zones? +

Each zone serves a different purpose. The TPE tube section offers adaptive support and excellent airflow, while the Snow Ball Fiber section provides softer cushioning to accommodate changing sleeping positions and growing cervical development.

Do your materials have OEKO-TEX® certification? +

Many of our fabrics, zippers, latex materials and textile components have passed OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 requirements. We also cooperate with OEKO-TEX certified dyeing facilities to ensure consistent compliance throughout production.

Do you test antibacterial and anti-mite performance? +

Yes. We have conducted extensive testing through third-party laboratories to verify antibacterial and anti-mite performance across multiple materials and treatments. Some treated materials have demonstrated effective performance even after more than 100 washing cycles.

What happens if a quality issue is discovered during production? +

If any issue is identified, production is paused and corrective actions are implemented immediately. The root cause is documented, process improvements are introduced and production only resumes after verification. We continuously update our production documentation to prevent similar issues from recurring.

What materials does Mefiss specialize in? +

We specialize in functional bedding and comfort materials including 3D mesh fabric, POE air fiber, silicone foam, mulberry silk, TPE tube, antibacterial fabrics and various breathable textile structures. These materials are widely used in pillows, mattresses, quilts, cushions, baby products and pet products where breathability, washability and comfort are important differentiators.
