What Makes It Special

Swaddle and Pillow 2-in-1 Design

The integrated design combines two common newborn sleep products in one. The pillow supports head positioning, while the stretchy knitted swaddle gently wraps the baby to help reduce startle reflex and promote more settled sleep.

Adjustable Swaddle and Head Support

The elastic knitted swaddle uses hook-and-loop fasteners to adjust wrapping tightness. Three separate drawstrings on the pillow allow the left, center, and right areas to be adjusted independently for more flexible head positioning.

Reversible Design for Different Seasons

One pillow side combines breathable Mes-tio Shield™ mesh with 4mm spacer mesh for spring and summer. The reverse uses a soft cotton-contact air-layer fabric with small breathable holes, providing comfortable warmth for autumn and winter.

Chemical-Free Antibacterial Treatment

The complete pillow can receive microwave antibacterial and anti-mite treatment without added chemical agents. This treatment supports a cleaner newborn sleep environment while maintaining good antibacterial performance even after repeated washing.

The pillow uses hollow TPE tubes that provide even, quiet support while allowing airflow and moisture release. The filling is washable, resists moisture buildup, and has also demonstrated antibacterial and anti-mite performance in professional testing.

How breathable is the spring and summer side? +

The surface uses soft Mes-tio Shield™ mesh, while the inner layer uses glue-free 4mm spacer mesh produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile. Its 3D hollow structure promotes airflow, moisture transfer, quick drying, and lasting resilience.

Can the fabrics, colors, swaddle, and branding be customized? +

Yes. Mefiss supports OEM and ODM development for fabrics, colors, swaddle details, labels, and packaging. Mes-tio Shield™ mesh is available in seven stocked colors, while spacer mesh width and colors can also be customized.

Can you arrange third-party inspections? +

Yes. We welcome third-party inspections arranged by customers. Many customers also request production photos and videos throughout manufacturing. Whether you work with SGS, Intertek, TUV or your own inspection agency, we are happy to cooperate to ensure transparency and confidence.

How do you ensure products arrive in good condition? +

Finished products are protected using moisture-resistant packaging and strong cartons. Before loading, we inspect shipping containers and vehicles for cleanliness, damage and moisture risks. Products are stored according to shipping schedules in ventilated warehouses designed to minimize environmental risks.
