The slow-rebound polyurethane core is produced using bio-based fermentation technology to reduce environmental impact. Its soft, adaptive structure follows the head contour, while core shape, density, and firmness can be customized for different product requirements.

Cooling Stretch Fabric System

The removable cover uses CoolFlex Nylon with 87% nylon and 13% spandex for a silky, cool, skin-friendly touch, strong stretch, and good recovery. Inside, highly elastic CoolWrap fabric closely wraps the memory foam while adding breathable, quick-drying comfort.

Smart Pillowcase Replacement Reminder

A distinctive heat-transfer reminder adds practical value to the rabbit design. After approximately 30 washes, the rabbit’s eyes change from closed to open, reminding consumers to replace the pillowcase. The logo and wash label also use heat-transfer printing.
