What Makes It Special

Body-Hugging Comforting Nest Shape

The nest has a gently recessed waist area that follows the baby’s body more closely, creating a snug sleeping space that helps reduce the startle reflex. The removable printed cotton cover transforms the functional inner nest into a distinctive duck-shaped design.

12mm Breathable Sleeping Zone

The main surface combines silky LC mesh with 4mm spacer mesh for continuous airflow. In the sleeping zone, three spacer mesh layers totaling approximately 12mm further improve ventilation, helping reduce heat accumulation and sweating around the baby’s back.

Hygienic Resilient Snow Ball Filling

The main body uses fine 3D/32mm snow ball fiber treated with microwave antibacterial and anti-mite technology. Its uniform spherical fibers remain fluffy and resilient after repeated washing while providing soft cushioning and improved hygiene performance.

Independent Wing-Shaped Comfort Wrap

A separate duck-wing-shaped wrap gently covers the baby’s abdomen for added soothing and warmth. Its 3D bubble fleece surface provides a soft tactile texture, while Dacron™ air-thru polyfill inside transfers moisture through four built-in fiber channels and maintains fluffy softness after repeated washing.

What makes the sleeping area especially breathable? +

The LC mesh surface has tested air permeability of 2800mm/s and efficient moisture transfer. Beneath it, glue-free spacer mesh creates open 3D airflow channels, while the sleeping zone adds three mesh layers totaling around 12mm to further reduce trapped heat and moisture. The spacer mesh is produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, using Karl Mayer warp-knitting equipment.

What testing is available for the baby nest materials? +

LC mesh uses 50% Lenzing™ Lyocell, has Lenzing certification, and has undergone TUV comparative antibacterial testing. The snow ball fiber has passed professional anti-mite testing and maintained antibacterial performance against four tested bacteria after 160 washes.

Can the duck-shaped cover be customized for private-label collections? +

Yes. The removable cover uses smooth 40S combed 100% cotton suitable for digital printing, together with fine logo embroidery for stronger brand recognition. Mefiss can develop customized prints, embroidery, labels, colors, packaging, and other branding details for OEM and ODM projects.
