The pillow body is divided into two independent layers. The upper layer uses highly resilient snow ball fiber for a soft, fluffy feel, while the lower layer uses supportive shredded slow-rebound memory foam to create a denser sleeping sensation and adaptive pressure relief.

Insertable 3D Mesh Height Adjustment

One or two 12mm 3D mesh pads can be inserted between the upper and lower pillow layers, allowing users to increase both pillow height and support without changing the filling. This simple insert-based system provides multiple comfort configurations for different sleeping preferences.

Breathable Resilient Mesh Support

The 12mm T2S-6L 3D mesh uses a one-piece, glue-free spacer structure with hollow airflow channels and micro-spring resilience. It provides strong ventilation, efficient moisture transfer, quick drying, stable washing shrinkage, and durable rebound without easily trapping heat.

Optional Cooling Summer Pillowcase

An interchangeable CoolFlex Nylon pillowcase can provide a cooler option for summer. Its 75% nylon and 25% spandex construction creates a smooth, non-sticky surface with high stretch and close-fitting coverage, while the high cooling-nylon content easily exceeds common Q-max requirements.

How does the snow ball fiber perform after repeated washing? +

The 3D/32mm ultra-fine, short snow ball fibers form uniform fluffy clusters that recover evenly and resist flattening after repeated washing. The filling has passed professional anti-mite testing and antibacterial testing against four bacteria after 160 washes, with SSS fiber and 7A antibacterial tags also available.

What makes the lower filling different from the upper layer? +

Unlike the fluffy polyester upper layer, the lower layer uses shredded slow-rebound polyurethane memory foam. The small foam pieces adapt to different sleeping positions and body contours for pressure relief, while density and color can be customized for different comfort requirements.

Are the 3D mesh inserts produced by Mefiss? +

Yes. The T2S-6L 3D mesh inserts are produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, using German Karl Mayer warp-knitting equipment. The 100% polyester structure can be customized for different pillow projects, while Mefiss can also develop pillow dimensions, filling combinations, fabrics, cooling covers, labels, and packaging for OEM and ODM brands.

Do you charge for samples? +

Yes, samples are charged separately. Sample development typically involves multiple rounds of material testing, pattern adjustments and manual production, making the cost significantly higher than mass production. Once a bulk order is confirmed, part of the sample cost can be credited back according to the project agreement.

What if our order quantity does not meet your MOQ? +

We often help customers lower MOQ requirements by utilizing stocked fabrics, standard accessories or existing material specifications. If quantities are significantly below normal production levels, we can still manufacture the products with an adjusted unit price. Our goal is to help customers enter the market efficiently while maintaining reasonable production economics.
