Lightweight Flowing EPS Microbeads

The main pillow core uses FDA-grade EPS microbeads measuring approximately 0.5–1mm. Much lighter than slow-rebound foam, these highly flowable particles naturally redistribute around the neck, providing flexible pressure relief and cushioning while keeping the complete pillow lightweight for travel.

Targeted TPE Neck Support

The area directly behind the neck uses supportive TPE tubes rather than EPS beads. This differentiated filling structure fills the gap between the neck and airplane or car seat, combining adaptive cushioning around the sides with stronger support where the neck needs it most.

Reversible Warm and Cooling Cover

Two contrasting fabrics make the pillow suitable for different travel environments. One side uses fine 1.5mm short plush for a silky, warm winter feel, while the CoolFlex Nylon side combines 75% nylon and 25% spandex for a smooth, stretchy, non-sticky cooling surface that easily exceeds common Q-max requirements.

Portable Cotton Storage Bag

A round carry bag made from 100% cotton keeps the U-shaped pillow easier to store and carry while traveling. The fabric uses a washed crinkle finish for a linen-like texture, with interwoven 20S and 60S yarns providing better moisture absorption and breathability than basic plain-weave cotton.
