Modular Length Adjustment

Four individual mattress sections can be joined or separated using removable zippers. Two sections create approximately 60×80cm, three create 60×120cm, while all four extend the mattress to approximately 165×60cm for flexible use in different spaces.

Distinctive Pebble Jacquard Surface

The sleeping surface uses substantial 650gsm fabric with 20% Lyocell and a large raised pebble jacquard. High-filament cotton-like yarn creates a fluffy, soft feel, while the dimensional texture provides a soothing tactile effect and a highly recognizable appearance for retail presentation.

Breathable Mesh Around Three Sides

Both the reverse and mattress sides use 4mm spacer mesh with refined diamond-shaped ventilation holes. Its glue-free 3D structure efficiently releases body heat and moisture while offering quick drying, washing stability, dimensional stability, and long-lasting micro-spring resilience.

Antibacterial and Anti-Mite Treatment

The complete mattress cover receives Mefiss microwave antibacterial and anti-mite treatment to support a cleaner children’s sleep environment. Combined with washable, quick-drying materials, this provides an additional hygiene-focused feature for everyday use.

Why is POE air fiber suitable for this modular mattress? +

Each section contains a 4cm POE air fiber core formed in water without glue. Its large open structure provides continuous airflow, efficient moisture release, quick drying, and even durable support. The transparent core can also be rinsed directly for easier cleaning.

What testing is available for the POE mattress core? +

The POE air fiber has passed food-contact-grade, RoHS, REACH SVHC, anti-mite, and durability testing. Its breathable, low-allergen structure is suitable for children’s products and provides a washable alternative to conventional non-washable foam or latex cores.

Can the mesh and modular mattress be customized? +

Yes. The 4mm spacer mesh used on the sides and reverse is produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, using an integrated glue-free warp-knitted structure. For B2B projects, Mefiss can develop different mattress dimensions, modular combinations, fabrics, colors, labels, and packaging according to private-label requirements.

Can you arrange custom testing for our project? +

Absolutely. If your market requires certifications or testing that we have not previously completed, we can work with accredited laboratories such as SGS, TUV, Intertek and other testing organizations to conduct project-specific evaluations.

Yes. Our children’s mattresses and baby mattresses have passed comprehensive testing covering durability, structural safety, chemical safety, shrinkage, zipper strength, firmness, TVOC emissions and many other performance requirements.
