Is the 3D mesh produced by Mefiss? +
Yes. The T2D-1R 3D mesh is produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile. Its warp-knitted spacer structure combines dense ventilation openings, resilient monofilaments, dimensional stability, efficient moisture transfer, durability, and quick-drying performance.
What sizes are available for this pet mat? +
The current product is available in two sizes: Model A measures 102×65×1cm, while Model B measures 115×71×1cm. Different dimensions and thicknesses can also be developed for OEM and ODM projects.
Can the mat and packaging be customized? +
Yes. Mefiss can customize mat dimensions, mesh colors, thickness, PVC anti-slip treatment, handles, brand labels, and packaging. Box or nonwoven-bag solutions are available to support different retail positioning, transportation, and private-label requirements.
Do you charge for samples? +
Yes, samples are charged separately. Sample development typically involves multiple rounds of material testing, pattern adjustments and manual production, making the cost significantly higher than mass production. Once a bulk order is confirmed, part of the sample cost can be credited back according to the project agreement.
What is your typical MOQ? +
MOQ depends on product complexity, material combinations and production efficiency. For pillows, an efficient production quantity is usually around 3,000 pieces, while mattresses are often 500–1,000 pieces. However, for market testing purposes, we frequently support much smaller quantities and can propose alternative material or packaging solutions to accommodate lower-volume projects.
