Lyocell Mesh and Organic Cotton Surface

The head, back, and inner sides use soft 4mm Lenzing™ Lyocell spacer mesh to maximize airflow and help reduce suffocation risk. Other contact areas use breathable GOTS-certified organic cotton, creating a gentle surface suitable for sensitive newborn skin.

Multi-Layer Breathable Sleeping Mat

The sleeping area is a detachable mat that can be used independently and removed for easier washing. Beneath its organic cotton surface are 6mm honeycomb spacer mesh and 7mm 3D mesh layers, providing excellent ventilation, moisture release, resilience, and structural support.

Adjustable Leg Support Bolster

A 7cm diameter cylindrical bolster is integrated inside the detachable mat to support the area behind the baby’s knees. Parents can move the bolster upward or downward to match the baby’s position, helping prevent the bent legs from remaining unsupported.

Detachable Surround for Easier Care

The surrounding bolster can be completely removed, making the main nest cover easier to wash. For B2B shipping, the separate surround can also be vacuum-compressed to reduce packing volume and help lower international transportation costs.

The Lyocell spacer mesh, 4mm lining mesh, and thicker 3D mesh used in the detachable mat are produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile, using integrated warp-knitted structures.

The organic cotton uses GOTS-certified cotton and is produced without pesticides or insecticides; GOTS certification can be provided. The 35% Lenzing™ Lyocell spacer mesh has Lenzing certification, while the surround’s snow ball fiber has passed anti-mite testing and antibacterial testing against four bacteria after 160 washes.
