Removable Reflux Wedge Design

After feeding, the semicircular wedge can be inserted underneath the nest to raise the baby’s upper body. Once the baby settles, parents can slide the wedge out without directly moving the baby, returning the nest to its standard flat configuration.

Independent Support for Tummy Time

Beyond adjusting the nest angle, the removable wedge can be used separately as a supportive cushion for supervised tummy-time and head-lifting practice. Its PU foam core provides lasting resilience and can be customized in shape, size, density, firmness, and color.

Breathable Lyocell Mesh Sleeping Surface

The nest body uses soft 4mm spacer mesh containing 35% Lenzing™ Lyocell, allowing comfortable direct skin contact. Its open 3D structure promotes airflow, transfers moisture efficiently, dries quickly, and provides resilient support without easily trapping heat.

Optional Washable Cotton Cover

The breathable mesh nest can be used directly or paired with a removable FlexiCotton cover for easier routine washing. High-density cotton with 5.5% spandex creates a smooth, substantial surface with comfortable stretch, wrinkle resistance, and efficient moisture transfer.

The 4mm Lyocell spacer mesh uses a hollow three-dimensional construction that allows continuous airflow around the baby. It also offers moisture management, quick drying, natural antibacterial properties, good pilling resistance, and stable dimensions after washing. The mesh is produced by our own fabric factory, Mefiss Textile.

What material testing and certification are available? +

The sleeping surface contains Lenzing™ Lyocell and has Lenzing certification. The snow ball fiber filling has passed professional anti-mite testing and antibacterial testing against four bacteria after 160 washes. The customizable PU foam can meet the latest ECHA material requirements.

Can the wedge specifications be customized for OEM projects? +

Yes. The PU foam wedge can be developed in different shapes, dimensions, densities, firmness levels, and colors. Common sheet options include 30D and 35D densities with firmness levels of 40 or 80, and both fast-rebound and slow-rebound foam suitable for vacuum compression can be developed.
